Seeking Help Dishtv Balence Transfer

Today I change my dishtv connection from dish tru hd+ to dish tv nxt hd+(my vc changed). In my old vc remaining balance is ₹ 200. Can i transfer this balance in new vc number........

As far as when I tried it back in '11, nope. Unlikely that it would've changed, because of the prominent mismanagement

Customer care asking me last recharge transection id for verification so if i tell him last recharge transection id then they will transfer my remaining balance from old vc. to new vc. . From where i can get last recharge transection id because all old recharge messages are deleted.
