Dishtv Customer Care Email ID

Recently i tried to send email to dishtv through [email protected]. But within a minute an automated reply message coming as below:

Dear Subscriber,

This email id is no more functional.

We have moved our email services to the link - 500 - Internal server error.
new link : (http://www.dishtv.in/email-us.aspx)
Request you to kindly contact us using the above link.

We will be glad to assist you.

This is an auto generated mail. Kindly, do not reply.


I tried to the new link, but it is not working and says problem loading page. So if anybody know their new email ID, please share here.

U can only mail them through my account section, there is no such email id available.

Bro few days ago i called dishtv cc for refund of my failed recharge than they gave me a emailid of dishtv, i forgot that email id, its a typical one. U can ask to cc.

I checked my account my mobile & system all are under maintenance . will resume today latest.
I tried last week onwards.But still not access my account.
