I am facing this unique problem. I have used this feature 'Pick By Channel' in DishTV service for 3 months duration. Now I want to add some more channels to this which I am unable to do. I have tried lots of method including, calling to customer care & using all the methods available on dish tv website. Lastly, I have tried to use 'Pick By Channel" again with those additional channels. But now I am shown this message: "Please recharge your account. Minimum balance required is 1547.70+taxes". But I already have balance in my account of Rs.765/- for 3 months duration. I don't want to pay that additional amount for 2/3 channels. Kindly someone shed some lights on this problem.
