Dishtv Website is down

I tried to open Dishtv website from last 20 hours but website doesn't open .
It says website is temporary unavailable any one have this type of issue .
Also Balance inquiry no 18002749000 is also unavailable. It says System busy right now .

Nope my airtel 3G and 2G network also disturb. I only check one time and its not opening.
