Just use a vpn service if you have a android or ios phone or you can also use proxy or a free VPN service on your laptop or PC to access dish tv India website in middle east has dish tv have blocked its website for middle east users. And about dish tv SG site is not for every one but its only for dish tv international distributors and dealers only and it is just for recharging or upgrading dish tv international vc's
