Dolby/DD+ working 5.1 now on SMS HD from todays Morning

Now Problem has been solved from Airtel Technical Dep. , Thanks to Mr. Rakesh ( DD+ & HD Dep. , Gurgaon , Airtel )
after Complaint on their FB Page , CC Call me & they arrange call to Mr Rakesh on Day after immediately and I Said that on SMS HD 5.1 not working Properly , Center & Surround Chanel are Still Muted STEREO=DD=DD+ & After realized & Checking personally by He on His HT then again he Called me that's this is Genuine problem & I will look at Night on Dt-07/08/2015 ( yesterday ) & he said that i will resolve this problem at midnight
Voila now from today morning all 5.1 Chanel speaker Working Perfectly both on DD & DD+ & on Stereo is working 2.1 as should it to Be Work

but one issue still alive
DD+ only working with My HT Sony DTH IV 300 ( DD 640/384Kbps & DD+ 256Kbps ) but if I direct connect from STB to my TV Sony KDL W700B which is DD & DD+ Support only DD working ,
I personally Check DD+ video through Pendrive ( official DD+ Video Download from Dolby Website ie.Blue devils Drum practice / mountain cycling Video ) & play directly on TV on (TV's USB Port) it's work fine. ( Display also Shows DD+ Surround on TV)
but DD+ Star HD Chanel automatically Mute for Sound i reqiuerd to Change it from DD+ to DD/Stereo
very strange problem
HT & TV Manufacturer is same SONY so what kind of DD+ Airtel uses God knows
