Dolby Side Left/Right channels silent MTV Beats HD

Hello,

I have a 7.1 setup and have tested all the channels using the Dolby test file here. The audio from the STB is through SPDIF which is set to Dolby Digital. I have noticed that the Front Left and Front Right channels sound well, but the side channels dont have any audio.

Is there any channel in Tata Sky which has good volume on the Side channels which i can test with?
