Dolby sound

When Dishtv adds Dolby digital sound for HD channels.
Other dth operators have DD sound but Dishtv doesn't have DD sound

they are not able to add DD on own channels original c band feed,
Zee TV HD, Zee Cinema HD, & Picturers HD, Ten HD & Ten Golf HD don't have DD from brodcaster.
