Doubt of &pictures on AIRTEL DTH

Is &pictures surely coming on airtel? It's almost five months now that the channel has been launched. There is lots demands for the channel. All the DTH as well as cable operators have already having it on their platform, and airtel is the only provider which has not yet added.

I really wonder why everyone is crying for &picture is showing nothing extra ordinary. It is just showing old movies which U may have seen thousands of time on Star Gold, Zee Cinema & Movies OK.
