Hi frnds.,

I am already having SUN HD & Airtel SD DVR, since i need to upgrade my DVR. suggest me for best HD DVR., i need sports, movies channels in hd qlty, currently only D2H provides espn,star & star movies in hd. is it worth to buy :u

dear plz list what do u expect from the dvr u r planning to buy, if u want good hard disc space and best quality tata sky is the choice u should opt for. u will get all cricket tornaments that india plays in hd, also there r star hd channels,disc hd, nat geo hd, . standard channels r less in tata sky but will grow soon but i thing i can surely say is that dvr quality is supreme and far far better than others. u will love it
if u want more channels, little less hard drive space than tatasky .,go for airtel dvr but plz note airtel dvr does not have inbuilt fan and it heats very quickly, so chances of dvr burning is high. in airtel u will get star hd channels, movies now hd, discovery hd, nat geo hd but yes airtel does not give many sports events in hd

• Pros:

  • Record two channels simultaneously.

  • Series link option works great except news channels & sports channels

TATA SKY HD and TATA SKY +HD both stbs are 3D ready, but currently no 3d content available in TATA SKY.

Thanks frnds for suggestion, ye i am planning to go for tata sky only but Less chances for channel addition due to TP space problem making me to think since airtel rain outage more in my place : & thx narayan no fan make burn since i will near switch off setofbox

my sd dvr subscription will end this month end so will wait till that if tata adds ESPN HD then :luv TATA

well sorry i have unknow about it don't go with tata sky it has too many demarites like low tp's,low channels......

dear admin d2h hardware/stb is nowhere near quality of tata sky hd plus stb, so dont misguide the member, if he makes wrong choice, will u take blame, he will blame dreamdth for his wrong choice and will never come here. is that what u want. also d2h channel quality is also pretty bad
