If Freedish is expandin it's channel capacity to 80 then it will reach to the stage where dishtv was 10 -11 years back.that time Dishtv had 83 channels on the platform ..
Currently on 2nd Feb 2016 Dishtv has 441 channels on platform..Includes 50 tru HD Channels.. Dishtv went through a very tough phase durrin it's journey and came out as a NO.1 DTH in Asia.

16 chs only. so this is really good news. so, currently no plan to convert this Tp to DvbS2.
if it is DVBS2/Mpeg4 they can plan for 24 slots.
