E30-4 Error

I dint recharged my D2H since 2018 and now I have recharged it's showing E30-4 error
I have made factory reset called customer to refresh account but still showing same error
Can anyone solve the issue

Check your cable wire connected to STB

Check your LNB working or not! Which Model STB you are Using,very old or not?

Actually my stb had issue I brought my friends stb and connected the cable to that and recharged it

I Think your STB is very old model,So it doesn't support New software ,that's the problem!

Check DD channels & Home channel only getting or any pay channels getting,Go to D2H offical website & refresh your Account again!

DD channels and all free channels not coming
