Email registration problem

As tata sky is now offering email registration to get updates by email too.I seen it in the channel bar as a advertisement.

We have to send email <space> <id> to 56633 but when i am seding it. it is saying as invalid format and unable to complete registration.

Please help me what to do and how to complete the registration now?

Well send ''email <space> (ur email id)'' to 56633 .it will work
