There r some movies which do not get satellite telecast so it can be one of them or might be some other channel picked up rights in 2018 hence Star Movies got hold only now or it can well be that they r showing the "Now Suitable For Work" version now while previously original but censored might have aired like it happened with its sequel

Deadpool was always exclusive to Star. It never went to any other network. This movie doesn't work for tv. Because of heavy censorship.

They can't legally air NSFW version at daytime. MIB only allows NSFW content from 11 pm - 6 am.

2ndly i said "Now Suitable For Work" not "Not SFW" ... Guess u misread. Movies like deadpool r made with 2 versions, 1 for theatre and other for TV... Earlier Theatre Version with cuts aired and now TV Version without cuts will be shown. Shooting itself is different for both versions which is pertaining to mature scenes, this is totally different from original getting censored for TV

I never saw on Movies Now. Meanwhile Once Upon a Deadpool never premiered in Indian Television which is a so called clean version of Deadpool 2. It was still inappropriate for kids.

Yeah I still remember Deadpool on Star movies first then on Movies Now when DP2 released or premiered. But it came on Movies Now too. I think MN has second output deal with Fox that time. Now after Disney acquisition, Fox comes only on star..

According to EPG and ad. Star Movies claiming Deadpool is premiering first time in India.

What's going on? Did they forgot about there own premier?

I never saw on Movies Now. Meanwhile Once Upon a Deadpool never premiered in Indian Television which is a so called clean version of Deadpool 2. It was still inappropriate for kids.

U r right , Once Upon A Deadpool which is cleaner PG13 version will be the one and as i said they shoot 2 versions for theatre and tv... Star Movies will air family friendly variant of same today. Here is trailer

Deadpool 1 is the premier. Deadpool 2 is same movie they are airing since last May. Once Upon a Deadpool wasn't shot for tv. It was shot as Christmas special for theatres last year. It says PG 13. It would be 18+ for strong language in India.

Edit : EPG would say of Once Upon a Deadpool was premiering as both Deadpool 2 and Once Upon a Deadpool are commercially different movies.

There is no family friendly Deadpool 1. There is no such thing call tv friendly Deadpool. Fox didn't made family friendly version for tv.

Once Upon a Deadpool is commercially a different movie which is not premiering. Meanwhile there isn't much difference between Deadpool 2 and Once Upon a Deadpool. They just censored some bad words, made Deadpool narrate the plot as bed time story. Re-release the movie for families for Christmas.
