There is no family friendly Deadpool 1. There is no such thing call tv friendly Deadpool. Fox didn't made family friendly version for tv.

Once Upon a Deadpool is commercially a different movie which is not premiering. Meanwhile there isn't much difference between Deadpool 2 and Once Upon a Deadpool. They just censored some bad words, made Deadpool narrate the plot as bed time story. Re-release the movie for families for Christmas.

Buddy, u r getting confused. Read my posts again to get better understanding. I already mentioned how and when each movie premiered on Indian TV. Again i reiterate that does not matter whether version is made for which platform as producers can release it anywhere based on what situation demands.

Well Deadpool 1 has a made for TV Version or not... I still have no sureity but all i stated that earlier original version aired with cuts on TV . Maybe Once Upon A Deadpool is mix of both parts with PG13 sensibilities.... FYI i have not watched deadpool till now

Okay. I think few months back Star Movies aired Now Suitable For Work version for 1st part of Deadpool and this time they r airing Family Friendly variant of Deadpool 2 which is "Once Upon A Deadpool" followed by original version with cuts.

I am concluding based on what Roy bhai said that Once Upon A Deadpool is family friendly cut for Deadpool 2

Well what is allowed interms of american family viewing there differs from scenario here hence some scenes in this version too will be chopped . Also as i said English GEC or Movie Channels need to reinvent and bring content which get TV traction else they will have to shut down. Right now barring Comedy Central all English Channels r in bad financial shape with hardly ads onboard, Star India is getting more viewership for dubbed hollywood movies on UTV Action than Star Movies which is quite literally next to not getting even sizeable audience for the concerned genre

2. Star Movies is not claiming premier for Deadpool 2 only of Deadpool. It also says same about Deadpool 1 epg on Tata Sky. Meanwhile Deadpool 2 is airing almost ever other day nowadays on Star Movies.

3. Star Movies is claiming to premier Deadpool 1 which premiered in 2017 on Star Movies for the first time. It makes sense as Deadpool wasn't much on tv. Maybe because of its vulgarity.

4. There is no difference between earlier movie and this one. Both have bad words censored and some scenes cut.

They can air uncut episodes from 11 pm - 6 am. We can atleast record uncensored game of thrones for example at midnight and watch it at day time.

English TV is just lazy nowadays. There are 100s of family friendly shows left to acquire. They just aren't willing to take risk.

Star or Disney will still sustain bcoz for them viewership will shift or is shifting from TV channels to its OTT platform but likes of Turner, Times Network, Zee, Sony have lot to worry bcoz they have no hold in OTT space

Bhai, do one thing ask Star Movies for clarification regarding this on Twitter, i have not seen deadpool so just connecting dots based on what i have seen on Star Movies or info on net.
