Seeking Help Error code 100, DD Free dish

Hi DD free dish users,

I am getting error code 100 message on TV screen, i sent sms to 9810805053 to reactivate my number, i got reply msg saying ' your service is already active' please call customer care 1800 103 4850, also i tried calling 1800 1111 12, but i am not able to reach this number, please help me how do i continue the services.

I humbly request to you. I am new user of DD free dish but here is getting error code 100 message on tv screen.and i have no idea about this problem , please help me how to activate and continue the service.
So,please activate my dish .

If it is CAT India STB then its comes in one year pack, please email to them your STB, number contact details extra, they will active once again your STB.
