error message in 2244-RF set top box

Please help guys ..
When I am starting recording pressing red button using 2244-RF it starts recording .. Then after some time it stops and showing the error message :-
1. Please wait while your set top box synchronises the date and time with the main server.
2. Switch to channel no.100 and stay tuned for 1minute. Then , tune to your desired channel.

When swich to channel no.100 it shows nothing. .

After approx. 20 mins it restarts recording and can see the channel and it skips the time when it is not available or showing that error message ..

Please help me guys ..
 
Call CC and ask for technician visit

Tell them this issue

They may solve this issue (or)
will change the STB

You can demand the CC guys.....

Technicians also says this problem comes sometimes .. We can't do anything for this ..
 
Same Happens With Me.. Tried CC, technicians too came but they aren't Replacing Box Bought new connection on 13th Sept 2015 till date no replacement happened
