Error with 0% load screen

Hi guys
I am using dish nxt hd reciver when i turn on today i am having a loading screen of dish tv .after that it gets stuck with 0% in yellow color . I tried firmware upgrad,Press red button on start up& menu on start up .but its not going any wthere

I am using dish nxt hd reciver when i turn on today i am having a loading screen of dish tv .after that it gets stuck with 0% in yellow color . I tried firmware upgrad,Press red button on start up& menu on start up .but its not going any where,except firmware updrage with pid 292.
Please help me guys. To fix this error

Better to complaint costomer care. They will exchange your stb.
