This is a grave security concern. They should reach out to their IT services provider for an immediate hotfix until RCA is concluded and a full blown solution is provided. Hope they consider the seriousness of this mess with utmost priority.

A doubt. I am using only one mobile number. When I bought the binge plus STB, I can't fix my phone number as rmn . It's use only 3 subscribe IDs. I used it more than 3 . Cc can't changed it. After I mailed to the nodal officer. Then only change and now using as rmn. @Vadirocks bro well known this.
