Favorite channels are not showing in the order of selection rather by LCN number

I just tested the favourite channel settings and found that it always tunes to the lowest channel irrespective of the order of selection. Don't know whether we have an option to change the type. I don't use favourite feature very much as the skipping of unsubscribed channels serves my needs.

I checked all the settings no way to show fav channels by selection.
Million dollar question, how to update the software? I tried exit twice 2465, but that is not working..mine software version is 1.01 whereas you have a new version.

Please help. Even I have reset the box twice but no update
