Feedback on Sundirect DTH in chennai

Hi,

I am planning to take up Sundirect DTH service, I am from Chennai, I have searched in internet a lot about Sundirect, Most of them are saying Customer service of sundirect is really pathetic and they don't resolve the issues easily, recharge problems like that..Can somebody from Chennai give their feedback about Sundirect? That would help me a lot to take a decision.
