FRAUD by D2h -- extra charges being deducted

Below is the monthly package cost for me including all kinds of tax and ncf. totals Rs.336.30/- monthly
But Rs.15 per day is getting deducted which totals approx. Rs.450/-

Pls check my monthly package down below .. when I call CC they are giving silly excuse
"Sirrr GST aur NCF milake 450 ho jata hai aapko pata nahi hoga. "
But GST and NCF is already included in my package from where does the extra charge come?
After that CC started accusing me "Sirr aapka browser OLD hoga isiliye alag price dikha raha hai"

PLs confirm anyone else having similar issues related to package pricing

Bro, d2h MAP website sometime show wrong amount.

So.. please check your actual price at d2h website :- D2H

Or Call 18001370444 to check all your account details.

After check this both posted BOTH SCREENSHOT please.

U should have asked CC which new browser they are using so that u can also use that to see correct pricing

Forget all that and submit again the package request by d2h website i m damn sure this time they deduct right amount daily
As per new lockin drop u change ur package as many times as u like
So my suggestion is recreate ur package and submit it

@MaheshWiz bro,they must be charging old rates for some channels (Shows how dumb they are).

They were charging old rate for Star sports for me which took my pack cost high.

I have observed same thing , before you hit submit button it shows right amount after that it display lesser amount.
Please check individual channel cost and package cost + NCF and tax you may get the right amount. Don't see their pop up amount detail after submit option.

Thanks all for suggestion.. they have already taken up my case for investigation as they are unable to solve the issue... lets wait for solution .. I am pretty sure they will solve it otherwise I will re-create channel packages again
