Not infront of TV but u can also check on ur box. See difference in EPG time displayed on 9XO and Vh1, same happening on many chs. Time on Chs like 9XO r behind by 3 mins while those like Vh1 have accurate time

You better raise it on their twitter handle, they will address it. The XStream Smart box EPG doesn't show time at all, so I can't check!!

DTH connection in my sister's house is not working - all channels showing Error B001 (no signal).

Any specific checks that we can do on the STB settings?

LNB replaced. Rs 200 + Rs 150 (service/support charges for technician visit) was the expense.

Hmmm. Will try to do that once i have sufficient time at hand to discuss and follow up with them. Not easy task to explain and take matter to resolution stage.

Anyways i am hopeful that once the merger comes fully into play and corresponding operational things r sorted then above tech glitch will be rectified. Till then i think waiting is best option, more errors might happen in transition period.

Hi Guys! Any update as to when will airtel resolve EPG Time Display mismatch issue happening on many channels since last 10 days or so? On certain chs EPG Clock is behind by 3 minutes thus creating issues in setting reminder / recording or watching programs. Also for no reason recording icon pops up while switching across from these channels
Why has this issue cropped up? Any of u raised it with airtel representatives? @Vadirocks @Arsh bhai please get some details. Thanks

Yes I also Noticed It Tonight. Around 11:26pm On Zeetv HD EPG Showing 11:23pm Wrong Time also Shows Schedule Are Wrong. But Colors HD Time/Scheduled All Are Perfectly Ok. This Problem Happen on Certain No Of Channels.
