The same issue again I have reached my account my balance got updated but my TV is low balance alart message don't know how many times I have to tweet to Airtel why don't you work on it

Yesterday I call to cc for mauja hi mauja pack activate for my friend and cc say this type no pack is available. Previously this pack was available but now this pack is closed. But the other side this pack is shown at self care portal. Then why cc are refusing to activate this pack ??
