Because of heavy load on server if you want to activate star sports channels then activate them in the morning time not in the evening because daily this will happen at evening time ....

Agree!!

But that's not an excuse for Airtel. They should have the infrastructure to handle the server load

bro send hr massege continuously atleast 5 time some time you activate and channel not added i also faced this type of issue when i try to add channel after 12:10am

Airtel app was crashed.. I called thrice to customer care to activate SS1 HD.. Third time i got the call by waiting for 7 mins.. Then activated after 30mins..by 8:20pm i got the channel added
