General Discussion about Airtel Digital TV- For any Help & Issues

Bro u telling same story few days/ weeks last one year but airtel(RCB)no action.

Bcoz work has been ongoing since a long period, still from March 10 to March 31 2023 maintenance activities have been scheduled as informed to subscribers via Channel 999.

For various things to be worked upon + implemented it needs lot of technical and other backend work to be done hence it takes certain time duration

This maintenance work from last one year what benefit getting for airtel users tell bro.
 
Version 4.64.4 has this issue, what's your app version?

Well there r so many things which u won't notice unless u have a keen eye or understanding of things. Many improvements. have happened and r visible while rest r linked to backend work like upgradation of infrastructure (satellite maintenance, employing advanced encoders, adding new features / services etc.) and many other things which u won't notice just thru a simple glance but would need to notice it thru closer observation
 
Not able to use "Manage TV" and "Add & Remove Channels" Section on DTH from past week.

Anyone facing the issue??

Yes, me too faced occasional issue of this section not opening up at 1st try on the app, had to retry few more times to access the section while at most other times it opens smoothly. There is some backend work being done, hopefully soon this issue will be resolved sooon....they might be making / updating changes on the app
