Directly cut off the power to STB while it's on,next time when you'll switch on the power,it will show the text "Please wait while initializing" when it's showing this text then press 'exit' button 4 times, Then immediately press 2465
S/W will begin to download. :k

Bro...first u go to device information n check software status agar idle h to main switch se tv off kar do aur after 10 second tv on karo jab TV screen pe "please wait initializing" display karega to four times exit button press karke turant 2465 button press karna manually update start ho jayega....

It should be showing IDLE if S/w is available for download,but still you can try,maybe it would update as all other's STB's are also being updated

I am on Mega HD 18 package guys, with 17.93 DBR/538 p.m, I just wanna know what is the next one step updated package after this? As ever I can't find any info on Airtel's website. I need two channels, AXN HD, and Sony ESPN HD, is there a package which has them?
