Try Below steps bro...

1) Manually Update 2222hd to id 18

2) HD2222 - id 23

3) Call 18001806000 & Ask them for Technician Visit for software update

its the problem of your software version of your stb....

Try to find out the latest version for your stb on internet
& Try to update to it

Switch Off The STB (Remove The Plug From Power Point And Plug It)

Insert USB Before Switching It On!

Switch On STB And Same Time Hold The Reset Button Until The Update Process Begins

Then It Will Do The Rest
