I'm facing this problem since 2 days..
When I try to login via d2h website or infinity app, it says -"Incorrect credentials" and when I try to reset password it shows error message-" The requested database MMSORADB is not defined in configuration.

If I try to re register, it says account already exists.. Called cc.. Instead of solving the problem, they asked what information I need from my account and they can add or remove channel from thier end.. When I asked whether I can't access my account they said it ll be fixed but no deadline

If they do everything from thier end why do They have website and why showcasing like we can compare and do our recharge of our own

Any of you facing this issue?
