Why Sony Wah does not feature in top 5 ratings chart? If dubbed films were so popular then it should have surpassed Star Gold 2, &pictures easily, it has widespread reach and even standalone price is very less.. Nowadays it airs almost all things max does except films released in last 1 or 2 yrs

When it was free channel then it often entered in top 5. that time bollywood scheduling on wah was more than that what is now.
And nowadays sony wah showing less popular dubbed movies which are irritating plus boring
Though few days of bollywood scheduling still exits on wah but not as earlier.
Wah still doesn't airs ones popular ones like Bahubali, bahubali 2, kgf, Allu Arjun ones like Sarrainodu, DJ etc along with other popular south ones like jersey, Dear comrade, Mr majnu, Baadshah pehlwaan, Bhairava, comali, Romeo juliet etc and many other popular bollywood films like Tiger zinda Hai, munna bhai mbbs, sooryavansham, kabir Singh, Marjaavan, PPAW, sui dhaga, SKTKS etc etc which max airs but wah doesn't airs
Things are properly manged on sony max when u compare with sony wah(take one example also when 3 id*ots, pk airs on max then it often enters in top 5 but when aired on wah it doesn't provided good trp)along with that scheduling of max is better than that of wah.
Beyond few popular ones like pk, 3 id*ots, sultan, dilwale, Dhoom3, krish series etc sony wah mostly shows films which don't provide great trps like Arjun patiala, karwaan, raabta,Rocky handsome,Batla house, fan,satellite shankar, Mardaani etc Wah mostly airs the boring dubbed ones which don't provide trps Along with few selected popular ones like pk, sultan, 3 id*ots etc
If a channel airs good south dubbed movies then it gets good ratings even last week star gold got massive ratings through a South film which entered in top 5 even zee cinema south movies like geeta govinda, kali ka karishma, surya etc often enters in top 5
sony wah mostly airs the irritating and boring ones
And in latest content and overall reach & pictures and star gold 2 are ahead of wah

Because I see lots of Web movie like beautiful boy and marriage story didn't premiere on tv

well buddy, 1stly thanks for detailed reply...appreciate it. I partially agree with u. My take differs on some points, sony wah is not on free dish, does not air latest movies (except on rare occurrence) but surely has many popular dubbed, bollywood films shown hence i had mentioned star gold 2, and pictures as prime competitor so i still would say that they are not able to garner high ratings and hence again proves that they need to get more post 2000 bollywood films onboard to have a more successful 3rd movie channel. Also though they have kept few films exclusive to max, max2 but still lot of overlapping is noticed thus further reducing chances to get ratings. Both star and zee have largely kept a diff in movies aired on primary and secondary chs but incase of Sony lot of content is same across 3 chs, i feel it is not entirely less popular films which is issue but what more variety ch can provide is what engages viewers. Sony wah is getting audience but mostly they r ones which r not opting for max and watching later airings on wah
