No..New connection means new ID...It's not possible to transfer between accounts..
I don't know about recent changes if there..
During rains most users doesn't get signals...It's a issue in KU band transmission...

My dish is damaged. So I was hoping to buy a new connection. And use the old box which has all the balance left.

No need to buy new connection only for new Dish... ur dealer may have a Dish...Just ask him..Else talk to tatasky cc and they will arrange for u...
