Please let me know if anyone have bought Tatasky DTH online from tatasky website or amazon, and how was the overall experience? Are there any offers going for new users?

And Tata Sky vs Airtel which one to go for?

ordered TS transfer box on 31st Jan 2017 via TS web site.

Since update in software of tata sky i have problems viewing some channels
Like Aantal,Zee news and others also.when i go that channel remote stop working.Not doing any work,like channel change, volume increase and switch off also not working.
I have to restart the set top box to view a new channel.
What's my problem?
Any one have solution?
I use HD box.

is any person there with error matching my senario off error in sd box to perticular.

error list :
1) excluding star portfolio in hindi movie almost every channel has epg issue.
senario : either "info not provided from broadcaster" or "movie" word appear for each entry till channel opened. that to only for atlast 4 to 5 sec then returns back to old message.
2) while noticing upper senario there seems timing error also.
like : current movie end time 1:30 pm and next movie starts from 1:25 pm.
3) there is time lagging on all movie channel change even for star gold,movies ok and other star portfolio channels in hindi movie category.
4) all movie and news channel in hindi has volume bar appear time legging.
senario : volume bar appears at the end of volume change for both sides(either turn down or turn up volume.

time since : monday the 3rd july 2017.
pun : it seems gst has made epg details sharing more costly.

These Star Sports Select Add on channels have made by box so slow, whenever I tune into those 2 channels browsing to other channel's epg is impossible.

First I say everyone here in this forum you all are make technical expert but from last one and half year we ask help regarding some channel are not getting signal when we chek signal are okk can any suggest me what problum we faced

Tata Sky carries maximum number of pay channels

Tata Sky carries the maximum number of TV channels (FTA + pay) at 562 channels. Sun Direct carries the lowest number of pay and FTA channels at 257 channels. Tata Sky also carries the maximum of FTA and pay channels at 256 and 306 channels respectively.
