Pull smart Card outside & See if any dust on Card then clean it soft cloth & Re insert it. mostly problem slove this stap.

Lnb is proper.non breakages

If the LNB is covered by a plastic then remove it..If not covered then rain water may gone inside of cable...If so remove cable and keep upside down for few hours..
It's better to post a picture of LNB ..

There is no need to reset unless u receive signals and other issues in watching...
Now he should get signals 1st...
