My parents accidentally called number and it subscribed tatasky beauty channel now not able to un subscribe see the image
Any one face this kind of errors

It can be drop via customer service. Try using chat, mail or call support.

Any reason why can't we drop this or need to wait till free 10 days period?

Service channels (except Tata Sky Bollywood) has one day lock-in period. Since you are on trial basis. You won't be charged for this channel. And you can remove the channel easily tomorrow morning.

I have an old SD box at home which I'm planning to upgrade to HD. Box and remote are there, but the power adapter is misplaced and I cannot find it anymore. Will there be an extra charge for this at the time of upgrade? Has anyone else experienced something like this before?
