now its so irritrating me newly lunched channel creat so much problum but no one solve this problum when i going to call custmer care they dont know about this problum they alwayes said tht problum in my dish setup and stb

Signal strength in almost all channel over 200 and i have reset my box 2 times after reset nothing will be changed

I got a multi TV connection installed at my place and somehow the second HD stb has audio video out of sync and I am directly connected to the TV not even through home theatre. What could be the issue?

Add-on or a.la carte channel 30 day lock in period

I use dhamaal mix pack , so no star sports 1 in it .
I will be at home for 2 days only , so I need star sports 1 for 2 days only . So , Shall I subscribe to ala carte or Change base pack for 2 days and get back to dhamaal mix !
Which would be best ? Pls reply
