Am getting signals to my reliance Settop box after changing the OL and Base Frequencies in the set top box. Dont know from which satellite. Maybe from some Indian Satellite. Signal quality is good. After refreshing channel list, not able to get any channels. Message comes out as Error type 2. BASE FREQUENCY 12600, OL FREQ. 10200,SYMBOL RATE 30000,FEC AUTO.

Who's changing the frequencies? Bro, you didn't say clearly whether you changed them or you found that the frequencies are changed by Reliance itself

Can someone please explain what does this mean ?

Unless you change the orientation of the dish to another satellite, you will get signals from same location. You must be getting signal from one of the Measat signals. Based on the info you shared, you might be catching signals of Transvison, which has the same frequency, 12603 V, 30,000 5/6,8PSK. Hence you are not getting any channels
