It's 90th Birthday of Mickey Mouse. Not Disney India.
IMO, thread title is incorrect.

The DISNEY India Twitter page it self said it's their birthday? If it's only Mickey's Birthday why they mentioned this.
Previously I was only thinking same. Okay now we both think same so let just make his & her birthday only.

What's the point of calling it Disney Channel when it just spams Doraemon on Mickey's birthday. At least show some Disney originals and respect your brand.

Taking out Doraemon from Hungama TV and broadcast it on Disney Channel all day was big mistake.
They should have kept Hungama to air Doraemon,Shin Chan and other dubbed Japanese shows. And made Disney Channel to air only Disney original series on it.

They will never stop it now because of the TRP. Even when Doraemon isn't running they sometimes show other non Disney related thing like Eena Meena Deeka.

On Disney XD except Marvel/Star Wars all the other shows originated from Hungama. Previously they put Vir the Robot and Chacha Bhatija on the channel.
