Seeking Help Hathway HD or any other d2h for HD channels & bengali regional contents?

I am using hathway SD set top box for very long time & now considering to upgrade to HD. I mostly watch sports on tv so I will activate 3-4 HD sports channels only. My parent watches lot of regional channels on regular basis, specially bengali news channels. So which set top box will be better for me? I asked my LCO they said they will provide HD box in exchange of my current box for Rs.1500.
