HBO HD has launched a programming initiative called ‘Viewer’s Choice – Best of 2016’, which is meant to give viewers a chance to choose what they want to watch at 9 pm until 31 December.
HBO fans get an opportunity to pick a blockbuster movie via live voting on HBO India’s official Facebook and Twitter page.
Fans can also participate in the voting process via SMSing HBO<A/B> to 58888 for the movie of their choice to air on the channel.
Some of the movies in the bouquet are ‘Mad Max’, ‘Non-Stop’, ‘In the Heart of the Sea’, ‘The Transporter 4 – Refuelled’, ‘Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation’, etc.
Adding to the excitement is a ‘Selfie @ 9’ contest where viewers need to click a selfie watching the 9 pm movie and share it using #SelfieAt9 on their Instagram handle. Lucky few will get branded merchandise.
