After the boot it have preset volume that we can't adjust in the settings. Sometimes it's irritating otherwise it have good picture and audio quality.

l dont have the model, l too want upgrade my box after clear my doubt here. Better you create new thread for your query, hope you get proper reply.

So, no subtitles are appearing regardless of what you set for the "DVB Subtitle" setting?

Both "off" and "eng" options are not showing subtitles?

Well, hard luck on the 'no help received yet' front. If it offers any consolation to you, I already asked this same question (about HBO HD) last year in another thread, when a user had bought a new HD box. Did not receive a reply even after a couple of reminders. So, earlier this year (about a month or 2 ago I guess), I started a new thread with the same question, hoping that someone with the latest STB would answer. Zero answers. Yet here I am, asking it again. I am glad at least someone answered my question this time!
