Please, I am a total noob at satellite/cable television, the only thing I know what to do is to add channels from kingofsat.net, please don't mock me, this is the best explanation I can give. Basically, all the HD channels, the conditional access channels were all working fine. Now after a couple of days ago, I tried to turn on my TV and I noticed all the HD channels weren't working, all the SD were working except the HD. I looked it up on the internet but no information what so ever that can help me, people say update firmware but I don't even know how to, what it does or does it harm my box or PC (Virus). So please, any of you Satellite TV geniuses tell me how to fix this problem!
