Help me plz...

O i try all possible things which i can try reset the box, software update, account refresh.. All but nothing happen
the issue is somewhere related to the smartcard/transmission
it would be better to contact the service people

or you can open the box and clean the terminals/sim card for yourself (check for warranty before opening)
also check the dish and its wiring
