Help Needed about free channels

while seeing in my account in my airtel app in HD topups lot of free option whether it is free when activatinv or amount will be charged for that activation

Most 'Free' topups are DBR Topups. In which your money will be deducted on a daily basis as against instant deduction for entire month. There are few offers like Toonami pre suspension offer, Ten1 free 30 days, Zee Cinema HD 3 days Free etc that are actually free.
