Help regarding stb upgrade to HD

i want to upgrade my stb from sd to HD in videocon d2h..will i be charged those installation charge of rs1000 . if yes then why bcoz every thing is done already onle stb has to be changed

when you upgrade from SD to HD, you will get a cash back (Rs. 1000) credited to your account

you hav to pay 2890 inr and yes 1000 installation charge and 1000 will be credited in your account.
