How can I check my signal quality and intensity on my Dish TruHD?

How can I check my signal quality and intensity on my Dish TruHD?

I dont want to touch any settings though. Someone please guide me.

Go to MENU > HELP > STB INFO > SETUP > HOME FREQUENCY > OK ...... Now use remote channel up down arrow keys for scroll up & down and volume side keys for satellite shift between NSS6 & ASIASAT ...........

For shortcut press first blue, than yellow, than green, than red button. Then again press red button for setup.

On most of the TP's i getting:
Signal Strength: 70
Signal Quality: 80

Is that good?

On one TP im getting:

Signal Strength: 55
Signal Quality: 65

Is that good enough to play tv smoothly?

And one one TP im getting just:

Signal Strength: 2-3
Signal Quality: 2-3

Why is that?

these signals are very good channels will work smoothly and 1 TP which has 2/3 singnals i think thats 11172 V 27500 which is now changed to 11172 H 30000 .... So that 1st frequency has no channel so don,t worry abt that freq....
