I am really interested to know how this agreement has been worked out? Has the government somwhow mediated between Amazon Prime Video and Doordarshan to come up with an agreement to make available the series on all platforms but then Doordarshan would have aired the matches on regular DD Sports Channel rather than still having separate 1.0 feed, could be that DTH operators have themselves come forward and entered into agreement with Amazon for providing the series to their viewers via DD Sports 1.0 or is it that MIB has decided to make an amendment in the Sports Act that incase OTT platform holds the TV rights then it has to mandatorily share the TV rights with DD Sports which would be available across platforms & 75% ad revenue earned by DD will b shared with OTT platform

Mostly DTH operator themselves come forward , might entered agreement with DD sports , in order not to lose customers to DDFD.
Hence one by one operator started the signal separately , not all doing it

Operator's can't deal with DD,deal can be happen with Amazon only.

There is no chance Amazon to approve DD signal to DTH. DD can give their own signal to any dth / cable how come amazon can control.
Amazon can work out an agreement for TV rights (only for DTH Platforms) with operators and thereby operators can receive the feed via DD Sports 1.0

As decided by supreme court of India,DD can't share dd free dish feed of dd sports to private dth and cable operators...

In that case, pvt. dth will show the prime video , not DD sports 1.0, which is different entity

DD sports will be available across all dths, only in the time of live event, as pvt broadcaster shouldn't incur loss, DD sports 1.0 has been blocked in the pvt. dths, Now the match is not available in any channel, hence pvt. dth can do agreement with dd sports and showing the match. The same thing happened when india toured WI .

Fancode provided Ind tour Of WI hence it was available across DD Sports and not 1.0 or 2.0, here APV hasn't provided, hence there's a jugaad happening by Dth's and MSO's to provide DD Sports 1.0, involvement from APV would have resulted in broadcast all across DD sports and not just 1.0, also 1.0 isn't supposed to be carried by private DTH's and MSO (I suppose such scroll runs on 1.0 during a sports event), All in all 1.0 on private operators doesn't seem to be a legal approach.
Edit : One may say DD is providing these feeds, but then again A TV network is supposed to provide content to all operators at same price, DD is free, but it is mandatorily required to carry DD channels, in that case, DD Sports 2.0 itself would have been sufficient to carry the ongoing series (If acquired from APV), DD sports 1.0 and the race to bring it on platforms wouldn't have happened.
Yes there might be a loophole, that's what a jugaad is, these loopholes damage the interests of the rights holders, an irreversible damage.
