Seeking Help How many favourite channels can we add ?

I have Tata Play Hd settop box and I can add only 50 channels in favourites is there any way to increase favourite channels in list

In new box you can add 100 number channels

I too have same looking box, I cannot send you the pic of settop box but here is the pic of box (Packing)

New means, I have box manufactured on March 2020 see pic above.
And by the way contacted customer care and they said no. matter the box binge or HD channel limit is 50 . How you guess are getting 100. Does all HD box not work on same sofware/UI or something ?? or it depends on hardware ???
