Discussion How much did your cost increase of DTH plans increase after NTO 2.0?

For me it increases by ₹100. It was Thanks, to Sony having an unattractive bouquet. Viacom discontinuing one Northeastern bouquet I used. Also Disney removed Disney HD bouquet. And most ala carte channels costing full ₹19. Although we watch news and sports only in our house. We watch movies on weekends. So bill still didn't go past ₹200. Now it's around ₹300 despite using OTT platforms mostly.

Earlier bill - ₹200
This month - ₹270 (estimate)

Actually NTO 2.0 helped me... TataPlay Created Better Telugu Packs So overall I didn't saved but with a little increase of price.. I got more useful channels
On the other hand, Tataplay bad service made me to use more OTT and this change is increasing still because of Tataplay...
First 10days of month unable to view my favorite channels because there is only option to add individual channels...
And, from 14th onwards Tataplay offered me a valentine day gift.. multi tv charges added for me... I don't have multi tv connection and I am unable to remove that charges and customer care too.. Till now there is no solution from them...
So, this time not actually the NTO Tataplay is pushing me to use more OTT

I am very curious to know your package details. Its a very hard task to make a pack of my choice because even If I choose minimum channels, the bill goes directly to ₹400 including NCF & ₹800 for multi tv. If you share your pack details, It will be very helpful.

My pack is low because I buy most channel except news ones, Comedy Central HD, Vh1 and Disney International HD on daily basis. Earlier I had Sony's pack which I stopped paying because they only air one show which also goes beyond 11 pm. So I stream it on Sony Liv and SAB is plaqued with new unwatchable re-runs of TKMOC.
