Call centre ask to get FTA channels pack. So I paid that charges. Meanwhile I am getting pay channels I opted for. I am so confused.

1508 are already deducted, nothing else left to pay, they charge for everything at time of installation and activation.

If you add any additional channel then only 1 day price of that channel will be deducted, same for any pack also.

Charges deducting on dbr basis
So you should change pack as per requirements
