How to delete remote recordings?

I have recorded few programs on my HD DVR, through mobile. But i am unable to delete those programs from my record list. While deleting, it is asking for a password, which i had not set while giving recording instructions. I tried with 0000, but it did not work. Can anybody help me with this, as to how to delete such recordings and what codes to be given for deletion.

The default PIN is 0000 and you have tried it you better call the customer care i think they could guide you
